Chiropractic is concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. There is an emphasis on manual treatments including spinal manipulation or adjustment. If you are suffering from symptoms of a bad back and would like to find a long term solution where you can look forward to easy movement and pain free days we have chiropractitioners available in Winchester, Bishops Waltham and East London.
Chiropractics look at how the joints, muscles and nervous system interact, and when they detect dysfunction they look at how to correct it. Bad backs can have many underlying causes and a chiropracter will employ a variety of physical techniques but also look at rehabilitation, client education and lifestyle modification if necessary. If you would be interested in learning more about how a chiropractic would treat your back pain we have chiropractitioners in Epsom, Lewisham and Osteopathic Wimbledon.
Chiropractic will look at the functioning of the joints causing you problems and using manipulation and other techniques as appropriate may help to find ways of reducing your pain. Treatment may also be beneficial for relieving muscle spasm which can often be present with back pain and is most unpleasant to cope with. Chiropractic does not involve the use of any drugs or surgery and if this type of treatment would interest you as you look for a longer term solution to the back pain from which you are suffering we have chiropractitioners who you are able to make contact with in St Albans, Croydon and Amersham.
Chiropractic acknowledges the fact that the body has great potential to heal itself, both emotionally and physically. Most of us have experienced debilitating back pain at some point or other. Many of the problems chiropracters see are caused by poor posture, at work or sitting at home or in the car. Sometimes muscle tension can arise through stress, anxiety and fear and it can all contribute to back pain. If you would like to pursue a chiropractic option for your back pain we have chiropractitioners located in Primrose Hill, Crouch End and Dulwich.
Chiropractic treatment provides a natural, drug free alternative that enables you to understand and manage your health needs in a holistic way. Different chiropractitioners may advise slightly different treatments depending on their assessment of your symptoms.
